Bought this for my parents' anniversary and they absolutely love it. The controls are intuitive enough for them to use independently, and the chair looks elegant in their den. Great investment in their comfort and wellbeing.
Really enjoying this massage chair. The different programs are fantastic and the leather looks sleek in our living room. Only reason for four stars is it's larger than I anticipated, so measure your space carefully. Otherwise, excellent value and very comfortable.

Setup took about an hour with my partner's help, but the instructions were clear. I use it daily after work and the tension in my shoulders has improved dramatically.
